We strive to deliver your order promptly and efficiently. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• 5–7 business days for Standard (Free) Shipping
• 2–3 business days for Express Shipping
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and unforeseen weather conditions.
2. Are there any additional shipping charges?
We offer complimentary shipping on orders above ₹1000. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable.
All applicable charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout for complete transparency.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
You may also monitor the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and visiting the “Orders” section.
4. What happens if my order is not delivered?
In the event of a failed delivery, the shipment may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).
In such cases:
• Our team will reach out to arrange a re-delivery
• Additional shipping charges may apply
• Eligible refunds will be processed after applicable deductions
