Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through our website powered by the Shopify platform. By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Customers may request a return or exchange within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of delivery.
1.2 To be eligible, products must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Be in resalable condition
1.3 Requests that do not meet the above criteria or are raised beyond the specified timeframe may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Company.
2. Return & Exchange Request Process (Shopify Orders)
2.1 To initiate a return or exchange, Customers must email us with:

Reason for return/exchange

Supporting images (if applicable)
2.2 Once the request is reviewed, Customers will receive:

A confirmation of request acceptance/rejection

Return shipping instructions and address (if approved)
2.3 No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
3. Return Shipping Policy
3.1 We currently do not provide reverse pickup services via Shopify or otherwise.
3.2 Customers are responsible for:

Arranging return shipment

Bearing all associated shipping costs
3.3 Customers must ensure secure packaging. The Company shall not be responsible for:

Lost shipments

Damaged returns

Courier delays
3.4 Customers are advised to use a trackable and reliable courier service.
4. Inspection & Approval
4.1 All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to:

Approve or reject returns based on condition and eligibility

Deduct applicable charges before processing refunds
4.3 If a return is rejected, the product may be shipped back to the Customer at their expense.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–6 business days from the date of successful inspection.
5.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout via Shopify.
5.3 The following charges are non-refundable:

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges
5.4 The following deductions shall apply:

6. Exchange Policy
6.1 Approved exchanges will be processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days, subject to product availability.
6.2 If the requested replacement product is unavailable, the Company reserves the right to:

Offer an alternative product, or

Issue a refund as per this Policy
7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
7.1 Customers must report defective or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery.
7.2 Customers must email clear images to us for verification.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective.
7.4 Customers must not return defective products unless explicitly instructed.
7.5 In verified cases, the Company may offer:

Replacement, or

Refund, at its discretion
8. Combo / Bundle Products
8.1 Products sold as part of a combo or bundle must be returned in full.
8.2 Partial returns or exchanges are not permitted.
9. International Orders
9.1 International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where an incorrect product has been delivered.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (India)
11.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Local Governing Body.

12.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
12.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
